Weddings and Private Functions
Jackson Hole is a wonderful location for a destination wedding. Trail Creek Ranch is the ideal spot to be married , have a reception, reunite families, or entertain groups of any kind.
Trail Creek Ranch has several sites for weddings, receptions, and functions where a pristine setting and the true essence of a ranch is required.
Our views are of the Gros Ventre range and the Sleeping Indian. A spectacular setting.
We can host parties from 2 people to 250 with ease.

Function Policies :
- An event or wedding coordinator is required.
- A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of booking.
- Final Payment is required prior to arrival, along with the 6% Wyoming sales tax.
- Payment of incidentals is required at time of departure.
- Curfew of 11pm for live music.
- One room must be booked for at least one night. Price range for this is $150-$285 per night. See accommodations and rates.
- Cancelations will result in forfeit of the total amount unless the site can be re-booked
- Photo Shoots, Day use available. Please inquire.
